SignatureReel (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the SignatureReel platform, website, and related services (the “Service”). Please read this policy carefully. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described herein.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account. During onboarding, you provide your brokerage name, real estate license number, phone number, and market area preferences.

1.2 Video Recordings

To create your AI avatar, you record a calibration video of yourself. This video captures your likeness, voice, and facial expressions. These recordings are transmitted to our video generation providers for avatar creation and stored securely on our cloud infrastructure.

1.3 Market Preferences

You select target zip codes, cities, or neighborhoods that define the market areas for your video content. We use this information to prepare relevant market data for your scripts.

1.4 Usage and Analytics Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, video generation history, timestamps, device type, browser type, IP address, and referring URLs. This data helps us improve the Service and troubleshoot issues.

1.5 Payment Information

Payment details (credit card numbers, billing addresses) are collected and processed directly by our PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers. We receive only a transaction confirmation, last four digits of the card, and billing status from the payment processor.

We use the information we collect to:

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your video recordings or avatar for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Specific retention periods include:

• ✦Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 90 days after account deletion to allow for reactivation.
• ✦Avatar recordings: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account termination.
• ✦Generated videos: Retained while your account is active. Available for download for 30 days after account termination, then deleted.
• ✦Usage logs: Retained for 12 months for analytics and troubleshooting, then anonymized or deleted.
• ✦Billing records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your authenticated session (JWT token) and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.

Usage analytics are collected server-side and do not rely on third-party tracking scripts embedded in your browser.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is designed for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information is processed and stored in the United States on secure cloud infrastructure. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The “Effective date” at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
